For Providers Partner with Newtropin
Prescriber support built around a licensed 503A compounding partner — onboarding in about a week, formulary and pricing for your specialty, analytical documentation on request, and advance warning when a compound's regulatory position changes.
The Partnership
What prescribing partners actually get
503A Compounding Partner
A licensed 503A pharmacy operating under USP 795, 797 and 800 standards, serving prescribers in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. Patient-specific preparations made to your specification — strengths, bases and delivery formats commercial products cannot match.
Analytical Documentation
Third-party potency testing, and sterility plus bacterial endotoxin testing on injectable lots. Certificates of analysis available to prescribing providers on request, naming the testing laboratory.
Regulatory Visibility
Peptide compounding status moves as the FDA evaluates bulk drug substances. You hear about a change affecting something you prescribe before it affects a fill — not after a patient's refill is declined.
A Named Contact
Not a general queue. Someone who knows your formulary, your specialty, and what you have prescribed before — which matters most when a regulatory position shifts mid-protocol.
Cold-Chain Fulfillment
Validated temperature-controlled shipping with insulated packaging and temperature indicators, nationwide. Direct-to-patient or to the practice.
Beyond the Prescription
Private label nutraceuticals under your practice brand, physician branding, and marketing support — the commercial side of building a program, not just the fills.

Why It Matters
The compounding landscape is moving
Through 2026 the FDA has been working through bulk drug substances for 503A compounding, and several widely-prescribed peptides have changed status. Shortage-driven allowances that made compounded incretins broadly available have narrowed.
For a prescriber, the practical risk is not abstract. It is building a patient onto a protocol that becomes unavailable mid-course, or prescribing into a position that has already changed.
We maintain a live status tracker and tell partners plainly when something lacks a lawful pathway — including when that means declining the order.
Questions worth asking any pharmacy
- On what basis are you compounding this specific preparation?
- Are you USP 797 compliant for sterile preparations?
- Which laboratory performs your third-party testing?
- Will you provide a certificate of analysis on request?
- Do you hold PCAB accreditation, and when was it last renewed?
- What is your FDA inspection history?

FAQ
Provider questions
Is Newtropin a compounding pharmacy?
No. Newtropin is a nutraceutical and wellness marketing firm. We do not compound, dispense, or prescribe. We connect healthcare providers with a licensed 503A compounding partner and support the sourcing, education, and commercial side of that relationship.
How do I become a prescribing partner?
Submit practice details, prescriber name, NPI and state license number. We verify the NPI against the NPPES registry and confirm your license is active, then activate formulary and pricing access. Most practices are ordering within a week.
Which states can you serve?
Our partner pharmacy holds non-resident licensure covering all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. Your own licensure must separately cover the state where the patient is located.
Can I order office stock?
Not from a 503A pharmacy — 503A compounding requires a prescription for a named patient. Office stock without patient-specific prescriptions must come from a 503B outsourcing facility. If you administer in-office, raise it during onboarding so we can scope the right arrangement.
Do you provide certificates of analysis?
Yes, on request to prescribing providers. A COA reports identity, potency and purity for the specific lot, and for injectables also sterility and bacterial endotoxin results, naming the testing laboratory.
What happens when a peptide's compounding status changes?
We tell partners before it affects a fill, rather than after a refill is declined. Where a compound lacks a lawful compounding pathway we say so plainly, including when that means declining an order.
Is there a cost to open a provider account?
There is no account fee. Preparation pricing is specific to formulation, strength and quantity, and is provided once your account is verified.
